Agreement

By creating an account or joining the waitlist for GenViz.ai (“GenViz”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you use GenViz on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.

The service

GenViz is an AI workspace that connects to databases you control and answers plain-language questions about the data in them. Answers are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate — verify results before relying on them for business, financial, or legal decisions.

Your data and credentials

You retain all rights to your data. You are responsible for having the authority to connect the databases you connect, and for the credentials and API keys you provide. We store connection credentials and LLM API keys encrypted and use them only to operate the service on your behalf.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per seat per month through Clerk Billing. On bring-your-own-key plans, your LLM provider bills you directly for inference under your agreement with them. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Free-tier token allowances reset monthly and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

• No attempting to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
• No reselling the service without our written consent.
• No using the service to violate applicable law.
• No abuse of soft fair-use inference allowances; we may throttle or contact you about outlier usage.

Availability and changes

GenViz is under active development; features may change. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
